Findley State Park is a wonderful place that refuses to update so that it can be a viable campground.  State Issue One promised electricity for Findley.  The rumor is that the part director is, has, and will hold that update.  Until he goes and someone with vision comes in, Findley will be an "also ran"

After many, many rainy weekends, we had a fantastic, super, great, fabulous weekend.  Sunny, warm, mostly dry.  We walked, biked, had fires, and just had a super time.  It is 2.3 miles to the beach from deep in the campground.  Some of the better sites are 247, 81, 77.  It is a nice ride to the dam and spillway.  We had lunch on the dam.  We checked out the pet sites and found any are OK (200 to 280) but 262 to 268 are best.
