The Muskingum parks are wonderful in spring, fall, and winter.  They belong to the permanent site campers in the summer and are best avoided during that time.

Got here about 18 or 1900 hours.  93 miles but they are not bad miles as I-71 is in near perfect shape.  The campground is nice but the sites are soooooooooo small.  In the summer it would be unbearable.  But for now, it has a dump and 30 amp outlets.

We went for a number of long walks.  The lake level is very low and we can walk the whole 34 miles of shore if we wanted.  We went to a SUPER restaurant called Der Dutchman or some silly outtake on that there.  Actually we staered with a visit to Lehman's Hardware, in Kidron, and then went to the area just north of 39 on 515 out of Walnut Creek.  A super restaurant.

Thursday 60 degrees overcast.  Friday 60-65 and some sun.  Saturday rain early to overcast 50 degrees.  Sunday cooler.
