A summer trip. I don't often take summer trips
as the campgrounds are so busy. But with the sale of
the condo it seemed time. Here we are.
It hasn't rained but a pittance for a very long time in
North Olmsted. The forecast for this trip was rain,
rain and more rain.
Our first day was composed of setting up and then a lot of walking. I was
happy to see the hiking path near the group camp road by
site 72 (our site) still has gnome houses on them!
Neither Ella or Holly was in. I knocked.
Did three in the morning and three in the evening with the
dogs. Six miles in OPPRESSIVE heat. Here's
Matt's path from the February, 1992 midnight walk.
After the last trip, the kids were surprised they forgot
nothing going home. Well, pshawwwww! They forgot
something:
A HOT! trip. A very hot trip. But a fun one.
