Arriving early with 85-90 degree temps, we parked by the beach and decided to take a walk.  We did two miles around the paved trail between the beach and the campground.  That was a mistake!  Both dogs were really hot on our return.  Way too hot.  So was I.

 Oooops.

With the help of both the generator driving the roof air and the cab air we got cooled off and we are all fine.

Around 7 pm we decided to walk Mouse Trail around the campground, about two and a half miles.  It was still hot.  There was a rabbit or a deer or a herd of deer every thousand feet.  The dogs went ape.  Constantly hunting.  Constantly pulling.  Out of their gords.  They had a great time.

Had a nice fire.

On Monday we started with a walk around Mouse Trail.  That is getting more and more worn and rutted.  They aren't doing much to keep it up.

Then to my 7 am lunch!
